The List of Prohibited Substances and Methods (List) indicates what substances and methods are prohibited in sport and when. The Prohibited List also lists substances and methods prohibited in- and out-of-competition, and in particular sports. It does not matter when you take a substance, if it is prohibited and it is found in your system you may face a ban.

If a Substance or Method is not defined in this List, please verify with Nigeria National Anti-Doping Committee (NADC).
